These terms explain the practical booking rules. They do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Bookings and payment
Before a paid booking is created, you must actively confirm that you have read and agreed to these Booking Terms. The booking system records the terms version and time of acceptance. A date is not confirmed until the required payment has succeeded and Afiléon Motorsport has accepted any service-specific eligibility requirements. Quote-only requests do not block a date until confirmed.
Comprehensive Pre-Track-Day Inspection
The £120 service is a mobile readiness inspection within Kent. The customer must provide the service address and a safe, level, off-road hardstanding area with enough room to jack the vehicle and remove wheels. The customer supplies any fluids, parts or consumables unless agreed otherwise. The inspection is not an MOT, engineering certificate or guarantee that a vehicle will be accepted by a circuit or remain fault-free.
Track-Day & Race-Day Support
Half-day and full-day support covers booked paddock attendance for the customer’s own car, tools, routine checks, tyre-pressure adjustments, wheel changes, minor adjustments and basic fault finding. Parts, tyres, fluids, fuel, major repairs and fabrication are not included. Brands Hatch and Lydden Hill use the standard totals shown in the booking flow, including the relevant return-travel allowance from Gravesend. Unlisted or outside-Kent circuits require a separate quote. A half-day booking may still reserve the whole calendar day because of travel and setup.
BMW E46 Arrive & Drive
The E46 package is full-day only and includes the car, one full tank of fuel, preparation, standard-circuit transport and Afiléon Motorsport remaining trackside to monitor and support the vehicle throughout the day. Brands Hatch and Lydden Hill use the standard totals shown in the booking flow; other or outside-Kent circuits require a separate quote. Circuit entry and additional fuel are excluded unless stated. A valid driving-licence image is required by email after booking and before the hire can proceed. The booking remains subject to driver eligibility, event rules, vehicle availability and the vehicle-hire terms. Afiléon Motorsport may pause or withdraw the vehicle from use where reasonably necessary for safety, mechanical concerns, circuit instructions or unreasonable abuse. Any cancellation, refund or other financial consequence remains subject to these terms and applicable consumer law.
Vehicle transport and custom-circuit quotes
Vehicle transport and unlisted or outside-Kent circuit requests are quoted around the actual job. Collection point, destination, vehicle suitability, travel, circuit and timing can change the price. No quote becomes a booking until it is accepted and any required payment has been made.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Contact Afiléon Motorsport as soon as plans change. Any cancellation or rescheduling charge must reflect the published booking terms, committed costs, reserved time and applicable consumer law. Statutory rights are not excluded.
Payments and fraud checks
Payments are processed by Stripe. Afiléon Motorsport does not receive or store raw card numbers. We may request reasonable identity, licence or booking checks before providing a higher-risk service and may refuse or refund a booking where required for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Safety and event rules
Circuit organiser rules, safety instructions and event requirements always take precedence. Services do not guarantee circuit acceptance, vehicle reliability or a particular track outcome.
